Where are new homes being built near Estero?

East of I-75, Corkscrew Road leads toward Florida Gulf Coast University and beyond. Corkscrew Shores is a 722-acre planned community with an Estero address. It sits about 3 miles east of I-75. Cameratta Companies and Pulte Homes developed it. Ask any builder which government issues permits for the lot. Some Corkscrew Road land is outside village limits.
